ServSafe ® Food Protection Manager Certification Training
In Maine, every eating establishment must employ a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM). Such managers must be available in the establishment at all times while in operation.

Richard Eaton
Richard grew up in midcoast Maine and has pursued his culinary love as personal chef for many families, as well as holding positions of cook, shift leader, corporate trainer, assistant manager, and general manager. Rich has been a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor since 2010 and really enjoys helping students engage and successfully pass this certification.
